What happens if your flight is delayed?

We monitor flights and track any early or delayed flights to ensure we are there to greet you. If you know there will be an extended delay from your departure destination, please contact us.

Where will the Driver greet you at the airport?

Our Driver will greet you in the airport Arrivals Hall, unless otherwise agreed, holding a sign with your name on it. That way you can easily find our Driver!

What’s included in the price?

Your transfer includes all costs associated with the transfer of you and your luggage. This means any freeway tolls, fuel, airport parking fees. The price quoted to you is all you will need to pay with no hidden charges.

What vehicles are available?

We have four classes of vehicle which are all modern, well equipped and are spotlessly clean. Take you pick from one of our vehicle classes:

• Standard – seats up to 3 passengers
• Minivan – seats up to 8 passengers
• Minibus – seats up to 14 passengers
• Minibus XL – seats up to 19 passengers

What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?

If you need to cancel your reservation, simply contact us and we will cancel your reservation and return your transfer deposit to you. Unfortunately, if the cancellation is on the day of your scheduled transfer, we may charge you part of the cost of the transfer.
